How does grocery delivery work?

When you visit your grocery list on Gatheredtable, you can enter your zip code in the box on the right to find out if delivery is available in your area. (note: on a mobile device, you'll find the box at the bottom of the page)

If it is, you'll have the option to link your account to a grocery provider in one of two ways:

  1. Sign up for the provider through Gatheredtable, or
  2. Log in - if you already have an account with the delivery provider, you'll link it with Gatheredtable

After this quick one-time setup, ordering your weekly groceries will be a breeze:

Review your menu: Each week, we email you when your menu is ready – you can review it and make any needed edits on gatheredtable.com. As you make changes to your menu, this week’s grocery list will automatically be updated, combining recipe ingredients with any items you want replenished each week. Tell us what you already have in your “pantry” and we’ll remember it – so you don’t end up with two bottles of ground cumin :)

Review your weekly grocery list: Take a quick look, see what’s available for delivery, mark items that you already have in your pantry, and choose “Store” for any items you prefer to pick up yourself.

Check out with your grocery provider: Click “Submit” to magically pop all of the items on your grocery list into your delivery provider's shopping cart. You can continue to edit your final order on their site (need paper towels or extra eggs?), where you’ll also schedule a delivery time and submit payment.

Out of town this week? We'll never submit an order for you, so you don't have to worry about ending up with groceries you don't want or need.
