How do you account for seasonal ingredients?

We are huge believers in the equation: better quality ingredients = better taste

And the easiest path to high quality ingredients is to cook and eat with the seasons.

With this in mind, all of your unique weekly menus draw from your own personal library as well as from our library of curated and tested recipes. Gatheredtable recommendations always reflect the season, whether it’s asparagus in May, peaches in July, or kabocha squash in November. We think you will find eating with the seasons is not only tasty and nutritious, but more affordable as well! For more on eating with the seasons, check out our blog post here.

To ensure a recipe only appears on your menu in the specific season you want it, edit the recipe and set its "seasonality" accordingly.
