Diet & Ingredients You Avoid: Select the primary diet in your household. Any foods typically avoided by that diet will show up as avoidances below, where you'll also have the opportunity to add other common avoidances to your list.
Cooking Days: Set your schedule to fit your time constraints. We know you’re busy, so your recipes each night will fit within the time you have available to cook!
Weekly Menu Mix: Once you start to build up your own recipe collection, you can choose how often you'd like recipes on your weekly menus to come from your own library vs. from the Gatheredtable library of healthy, curated suggestions.
Grocery Preferences: To get you a perfect grocery list, we want to know how you shop. If you buy all organic, all the time, tell us here and your grocery list will adapt accordingly. Or if you prefer to shop for non-organics and run a tighter budget, select “never” and your list will reflect this. Why bother? Because if you link with grocery delivery, this will save you time in editing your shopping cart - it will be filled just the way you want!
